Guidelines for conference participants:

1. Abstract submission:
Authors are invited to submit extended abstracts (in English/Polish) in doc/docx files, no later than August 15, 2016 via the online submission form (abstract submission). Please note that the extended abstracts should be consistent with the required format. The conference participants will be asked to choose between two ways of presentations: oral session or poster session.

2. Notification of acceptance:
A notification of acceptance will be sent within two weeks after submission.

3. Registration:
Registration should be online (registration form), no later than 31 August 2016 (31 July for early bird registration).
At least one of the authors of each paper must have a full registration for attending the conference.
One person can register only once for ICAFFI 2016.
Please do not register before the notification of acceptance from the organizers! (registrations cancelled as a result of an abstract not being accepted will be refunded 50% of the registrations fees less an administration fee of EUR20).

4. Paper submission:
Submission of completed paper is optional. If you want to be considered for publication or the Best Paper Award you must also submit your completed and full paper. The deadline for paper submission is 15 September 2016.
Nevertheless, at least short abstract should be submitted to be included in conference materials.

5. Presentation:
Presenters as well as attending co-authors will receive a certificate of participation during ICAFFI 2016 (refers to oral and poster sessions).
