Fees:

A standard registration fee of EUR180 includes:
- conference participation (access to all conference sessions and workshops),
- conference materials,
- coffee breaks (Wednesday through Friday),
- two lunches (on Wednesday and Thursday).

Listeners (attendees without a paper) qualify for a discount of EUR20.

There is an extra fee for Gala Dinner (EUR50)

There is an early bird registration fee of EUR160. The payment must be received no later than on the 31 July.

PhD students pay a registration fee of EUR160 (EUR140 in case of early registration). The copy of the confirmation of the PhD status should be sent to icaffi@konf.ue.poznan.pl along with the submission of the extended abstract. In the registration form in the Registration profile section the option "PhD Student" should be marked also when you are presenters of co-authored papers.

Two methods of payments are offered:
1) Credit card payment (details will be provided in registration form)
2) Bank transfer

Cancellation and refund policy:

If a registrant is unable to attend the conference, and is not able to transfer her/ his place to another person, then the following refund arrangements apply:
1. Conference organizers should be informed in writing (icaffi@konf.ue.poznan.pl) about a cancellation by August 19, 2016
2. The request for cancellation should contain:
- name of the registrant,
- the registration ID,
- bank account details:

3. Registrations cancelled more than 60 days before the event starts (on or before August 19, 2016) will be refunded 100% of the registration fees less an administration fee of EUR20.
4. Registrations cancelled less than 60 days before the event starts (after August 19, 2016) will not be eligible for a refund.
5. Registrations cancelled as a result of an abstract not being accepted will be refunded 50% of the registrations fees less an administration fee of EUR20.
